New Students

 

What Should I Wear? 

Wear comfortable, moveable, breathable clothing. You are welcome to exercise with bare feet.

If you prefer, you can wear “grippy” Pilates socks. Regular socks will slip on the equipment.

I’m nervous about moving my body again after a long time off, injury, or chronic pain.

Together we’ll  discuss any movement challenges you face, as well as your goals for strength, energy, confidence, flexibility, or events like upcoming adventures/vacations, races, or new activities you want to be able to do without fear or hesitation.

There’s always a way to move and communicate with your body to up-level your well being and not get hurt or too sore in the process.

 

How often should I attend?

You can experience remarkable mood, sleep, strength, and stress relief transformations in just ONE session per week.

Add another session each week and the results multiply and accelerate accordingly.

What about the cost?

One Private Session with me is $90

Three Introductory Private Sessions (new students only) is $258

 

New Students - FAQs

Here are a few things to know about my home studio:

If you cannot make your appointment or class please give me at least 12 hours notice for private/duet sessions and classes. You can cancel online or email/text/call me. You will not be charged.

If you give less than 12 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the appointment or a session will be deducted from your package.

No Shows will be charged 100% of the appointment or a session will be deducted from your package.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I have 2 dogs. They will be put away when I teach.
