This class is a safe yet challenging mat based pilates class for those who are expecting. You will lengthen and strengthen your body for birth and beyond. All levels are welcome. No experience necessary. Non-mobile babies are welcome.

PILATES MAMAS: 5 WEEK POSTPARTUM SERIES
Restore your core with an exercise series specifically for postpartum moms. This is a therapeutic Pilates series that targets weak areas common after childbirth as well as tension patterns that arise when caring for a baby. This is appropriate for those that want to gently reintroduce exercise and safe for those with Diastasis Recti.
No previous Pilates experience necessary. Non-mobile babies are welcome!
